PROTOTYPE 1
This design incorporates a capillary tube and a strip of cellulose paper. This minimalistic approach helps measure a more accurate amount of blood due to the capillary action of the tube. The blood travels up the cellulose paper and if it stops before the end of the capillary tube, then it has an adequate amount of clotting factors.
PROTOTYPE 2
This design takes the shape of a square with a circle drawn with a specific radius. A drop of blood will be placed in the middle of that circle, and if it spreads outside of that radius, then it has inadequate clotting factors.
PROTOTYPE 3
Finally, this prototype has the same design as the first prototype, but the capillary tube is instead encased in a plastic shell. This will help with protection and preventing contamination.
